Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceCard's face analysis features.

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Blind Date feature. By checking the consent box during setup, you self-declare that you are 18 or older. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

By using Blind Date, you agree to:

• Upload only your own photo. Do not upload photos of others without their consent.
• Treat other users with respect. Harassment, threats, explicit content without consent, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
• Not attempt to identify, stalk, or locate another user outside the platform.
• Understand that photo reveal is only possible with mutual consent. Attempting to circumvent this is a violation.
• Accept that skips cost credits after 10 free skips per day (₹10 for 15 additional matches via Razorpay).

Violations may result in immediate termination and, in serious cases, reporting to law enforcement.

FaceCard is provided free of charge. We display advertisements including banners and native ads from Google AdSense and other networks. By using the Service, you acknowledge ads are an integral part of the experience.

Paid features (e.g., ₹10 for 15 extra blind date matches) are processed via Razorpay. No refunds are issued for digital credits once consumed. Contact us within 7 days of a technical error for support.

You must not:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload celebrity, stock, or AI-generated images to game any scoring system.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically abuse the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits or bans.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or unsolicited advertising.
